1.) Journaling allows you to see your thoughts from a different perspective
Writing down your thoughts on paper then reading them helps you to get some clarity and distance from the issues you face every day. It allows you to take all the thoughts that get bundled up in your head and put them down on paper (or digital paper.) Once you do this you can see what is actually troubling you, what you spend your time on and how you can better spend your time, energy and resources..When you are diligently praying, studying the word of God, then keeping track of your thoughts and feelings during the day you can start to get a grip over things that may stress you out during the day and areas you can pray for more guidance or help.
Journaling can help you notate the things that inspire you and keep them down in one place so you can return to them later. It can help you start bringing all those wonderful thoughts and ideas you have to life. The more you write down, the more you trigger your brain to think even more creatively. Among famous people who kept a journal are Albert Einstein, Marie Curie, and Mark Twain. Get those creative juices flowing and start writing. It is God who gives you your talents and desires to use them. Do not waste them, strive for greatness because Jesus created you for a purpose. Through him, you can do all things. It is our duty to use our talents. You are talented, do not let any voice discourage you.
